CQSee operates in the healthcare industry, providing policy management services that allow UK healthcare companies to store their regulatory policies and manage them using smart techniques. Using this data, it uses large language models to create a service that allows employees to query the policies in natural language and get a full answer back.
Important: CQSee is not a clinical tool
CQSee is NOT a clinical tool and does not have MHRA Class I approval for clinical AI-assisted decision making. This service is designed solely for policy management and compliance documentation. NO PATIENT IDENTIFIABLE DATA should ever be uploaded to this system.
3. User Registration and Account Security
3.1. You may need to create an account to access certain features of our service.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3.3. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All content on https://www.cqsee.co.uk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of CQSee or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
4.2. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from https://www.cqsee.co.uk.
4.3. You retain ownership of all files and documents you upload to CQSee. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your uploaded content.
5. Fair Use and AI Services
5.1. Our AI-powered features are provided under fair use terms. Excessive or unreasonable usage may result in additional charges or service limitations.
5.2. Heavy repeated use of AI features may incur additional costs which will be communicated to you before implementation.
5.3. We reserve the right to implement usage limits to ensure fair access for all users and manage operational costs.
6. User Conduct and Data Restrictions
Users agree not to:

6.2. Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
6.3. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
6.4. Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service
Strictly prohibited
6.5. Upload any patient identifiable data, clinical records, or any form of personal health information. This system is for policy management only, not clinical use.
7. Cost
7.1. CQSee is provided free of charge to every GP practice. We do not ask for or take payment details
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. CQSee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CQSee, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CQSee is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
